Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders placed after [insert cutoff time and timezone] may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

Doctor’s Select orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, or MCF.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: estimated 2 to 3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: estimated 1 to 2 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier availability, weather and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Buy with Prime Orders

For eligible products, customers may choose Buy with Prime at checkout. Prime-eligible products display their delivery estimate next to the Buy with Prime option.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Buy with Prime is available only for eligible US shipping addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information.

For Buy with Prime orders, tracking is also available through the order-status link in the confirmation email.

Unbranded Packaging

MCF-fulfilled orders are shipped in unbranded packaging for a clean, neutral delivery experience.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@doctorsselect.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, when applicable. We will work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
